A Length

Start measuring from the collar at the top (high point shoulder) and extend the measuring tape to the item's bottom.

B Width

Begin at the seam below one sleeve, stretch the measuring tape across to the seam below the other sleeve.

C Sleeve length

Begin at the top of the set-in sleeve and measure down to the sleeve's end.
